We process personal data only in accordance with the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

When you visit our website, the hosting provider automatically stores data in so-called server log files:

4. Contacting us by email

When you contact us by email, the data you provide (name, email address, content of the enquiry) is used to handle your enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding).
Data is deleted once it is no longer required for its purpose, at the latest upon expiry of statutory retention periods (in particular § 132 BAO: 7 years).

We provide a contact form on our website. When you use the form, the following data is processed:

Purpose: Handling and responding to your enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via active confirmation of the checkbox) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
Retention period: Your enquiry is stored in our mailbox and deleted once it is no longer required for processing, at the latest upon expiry of statutory retention periods (in particular § 132 BAO: 7 years, where applicable).
You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by emailing kontakt@angada.at.

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies required to operate the site (e.g. to store your cookie choice).
No tracking, analytics or marketing cookies are used.
